◉ About me
Hi, I’m Rachel Williams!
Since 2014, I've been spreading ideas and sharing lessons learned on stages across the country. I am a human sparkler who loves to share what life has taught me to be true.
Leader in personal empowerment
As a 100% extrovert, engaging with people and learning about life have been my source of energy for as long as I can remember.
Though I have not had the easiest path through life, I am grateful for the lessons I have gathered as I have faced good times and bad times.
Today, I am thrilled to share what I know to be true on stages across the country, through my YouTube channel, my podcast, and soon, in my first book!
◉ My Solutions
Change is guaranteed. Your ability to weather it can be too.
We can all expect to experience changes - both positive and negative - in every aspect of life. Whether in family, career, health, finances, living situations, or any other number of facets of life, nothing lasts forever. But we don't have to wait for change to come to figure out what to do. We can design our resilience today!
Understand where you are
They say a 3-legged stool is the most stable, but I'll see your 3 legs and raise you 2. I believe that when we build daily practices in 5 specific areas of life, we stabilize ourselves well enough to successfully navigate any situation. Complete this assessment to understand where you are today.
Focus on simple, specific new habits to form
Once you've completed the assessment, select one specific facet to develop resilient habits in. Visit my YouTube channel, check out the podcast, or read through a blog for tips and tricks on specific mindset shifts and suggested habits to support your work.
When life gets hard, stick to your habits
Strong daily practices enable you to care for yourself so that you can be resilient in the face of difficult times and unexpected changes. When you are focused on building a positive self-concept, secure finances, a connected community, strong physical well-being, and active personal growth and development every day, changes become manageable.
