I have hosted award ceremonies, holiday events, workshops, and conferences. My favorite experience was a global, virtual summit at which Malcolm Gladwell provided the keynote. I got to be in the "green room" with him!

Powerful topics
My favorite keynote experience was presented at a local 100 Club - an organization established to provide support to first responders and their families. I had the honor of learning the stories of the fallen and honoring them at the 100 club's annual meeting.

Not being an exceptionally fussy person, I decided in 2024 to being recording my thoughts and sharing them with the internet. Each episode is recorded in a single take - no editing or extensive production - and shared on the same day. It's a rush!

In my standard session, your audience will learn:
- Resilience isn't something that has to be “gutted out.” It can be designed.
- Focusing on small daily habits in the five (5) key areas will build a safety net of resilience when needed.
- Immediately implementable strategies to strengthen each of the five (5) key areas to design resilience.
